Delivery Options
From our many years of experience and our constant strive to keep prices low we have found the most secure and cost effective way to perform long distance deliveries, is via pallet freight, 3rd party couriers.
The reasons for this are simple; your products are protectively wrapped and strapped to the middle of a 4' x 4' pallet. For each delivery, we book a 4' x 4' space on the lorry, and because your product is securely strapped to the middle of the pallet, no other item on the lorry can touch it or collide with it, eliminating any possibility of damage in transit.
Also due to the fact that the costs are lower than direct manufacturers home delivery charges, we manage to make savings and pass the cost savings directly onto you.
We offer two delivery services, standard and expedited.
Standard as follows;
Complete order and payment process, including all information we require. Name, address & contact telephone numbers. Our warehouse staff will carefully check, wrap & strap your purchased product to a pallet. Your product is collected by our courier on a same day basis (if order is completed by 11am), and it will then start its journey through various hubs making its way to a distribution centre local to yourself. A local delivery company in your area will then be contracted for the final phase and delivery to your door. Your local company responsible for the final delivery will then contact you by telephone to arrange for a suitable date & time for delivery to take place.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME 3-4 WORKING DAYS
Expedited service;
This is the same as above except only 1 company will be involved in the delivery of your product direct to your door. Goods are sent by overnight courier for next day delivery.
There is an additional £15 charge per pallet for this service.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME 24-36 hours
Special order items;
Special order items do not fall into the standard delivery options. These are subject to availability from the manufacturer, please call us on 0800 011 6616 to confirm availability.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME 1-4 weeks
All of the carriers we use have full liability insurance for your product.
On some non-standard orders i.e. colour / design, bespoke products or products built to order, delivery will be direct from the manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer for details of the delivery process.
Excluded Delivery Areas
Delivery to areas on map shown in white will need to be by special arrangement, please contact us if you require delivery in one of these areas.
